The Rollfed hot melt rotary labeler delivers precise wrap-around container labeling for various design standards, applying labels directly to the sprayed surface with a hot melt adhesive that solidifies on contact. This rotary labeling machine ensures high-speed production, minimizing clean-up and reducing waste. Its spray nozzle system lowers adhesive costs by optimizing application efficiency.
Gernep’s Rollfed labeler offers a significant advantage with its patented overlay gearbox, allowing for label adjustments without interrupting operation. The system’s mechanical coupling synchronizes the table and roller unit for maximum labeling accuracy. For uninterrupted production, optional automatic splicers and roll holders are available to extend operation time.
