The following rotary labeling machines are currently in inventory at the Gernep manufacturing plant in Barbing, Germany.

Front & Back Cold Glue Labeler (130 bpm)

Machine built in 1997.   Model Labetta 4/3/10 640 2A is a cut & stack cold glue labeler for front and back label application on glass bottles.

Rated for production speed of 130 bottles per minute, it is ideal for craft breweries.

Front & Back Cold Glue Labeler (140 bpm)

Machine built in 2001.  Model Labetta 3/2/6 480 2A is a cut & stack cold glue labeler for front and back label application on glass bottles.

Rated for production speed of 65 bottles per minute, it is ideal for craft breweries.

Hot Melt Cut & Stack Labeler (230 bpm)

Machine built in 2016.  Model rollina 14-640 H is a rotary cut & stack hot melt labeler to apply paper labels around cylindrical containers at speed up to 230 bottles per minute.  It is recommend for full wrap around labeling with overlap.  Ideal for the beverage, food or chemical industries on plastic, glass or tin cans.

Combination Labeler – Cut & Stack Hot Melt AND Cut & Stack Cold Glue (325 bpm)

Machine built in 2017.  Model Rollina 6/4/22 1056 H 2A SD is a highly versatile rotary labeler coming with servo-driven bottle plates.  Compared to more limited bottle rotation profiles of cams or toothed belt, the servo bottle plates allow complete control of your bottles at all time.  From the machine touch screen, you can program the degrees of rotation and speed of rotation at any position on the carrousel.

This machine is also designed to run both cold glue or hot melt applied cut & stack labels, making it extremely versatile for a any co-packers or other company running several different products.

Roll Fed / Linerless Hot Melt Labeler (333 bpm)

Machine built in 2018.  Model Rollfed 18-784 1RA SD is a highly versatile hot melt labeler coming with servo-driven bottle plates.  Compared to more limited bottle rotation profiles of cams or toothed belt, the servo bottle plates allow complete control of your bottles at all time.  From the machine touch screen, you can program the degrees of rotation and speed of rotation at any position on the carrousel.

The labels are coming in large diameter rolls (without backing paper) and are cut to lenght and applied to the containers with hot melt, which is applied on the leading and trailing edges of the labels only.  The servo bottle plates allow to run shaped bottles, such as F-Style gallons or rectangular juice bottles because of the controled rotations on the carrousel.

Combination Labeler – Cold Glue AND Pressure Sensitive (75 bpm)

Machine built in 2007.  Model Labetta 3/2/8 784 2A 2SK is a rotary labeler combining two different labeling technologies on a single frame.  It can be used to apply cut & stack cold glue labels OR pressure sensitive labels from rolls.  This is an ideal machine for a craft brewery or a winery looking at slow speed of around 75 bottles per minute.
