LOW GLUE CONSUMPTION &

EXACT WRAP-AROUND LABELING

Low glue consumption due to individual glue nozzle control. The nozzles of the Gernep-HotSpot gluing system that are needed for gluing are activated or deactivated for different label heights.

 

The bottle plate rotation that is controlled via toothed belts rolls the label around the cylindrical container and glues it at the end. When contoured containers are being labeled, the belt drive is replaced by servo drive for specific rotation of the bottle plate.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

Because of our flexible machine system, additional equipment for special container orientation, additional labelling and label control can already be taken into consideration at the planning stage or retrofitted.

For wrap-around labelling with pre-cut labels.
Start gluing is carried out in spots with low glue consumption and contact-free by means of the GERNEP-HotSpot nozzle system directly onto the container and end gluing is carried out by means of an end gluing ledge at the end of the label.
